Dahfa Crispy Wonton with Sweet & Spicy Sauce
3 sheets Dahfa dried fish fillet, cut into squares
100g minced chicken / pork meat
½ tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
½ tsp white pepper powder
a pinch of salt
2 shiitake mushrooms, finely diced
2 slices apple / water chestnut, finely diced
2 chili padi, chopped
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
½ tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1.Prepare fillings: Mix all ingredients evenly, set aside.
2.Prepare dipping sauce: Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.
3.Spread filings over dried fish fillet sheets, fold into half and make into wanton shape.
4.Place wanton in air fryer, cook for 10-15mins at 120°C.
5.Serve with dipping sauce.
